OFISI YA WAZIRI MKUU YAWASILISHA UTEKELEZAJI WA MIRADI INAYOIRATIBU KWA KAMATI YA BUNGE YA KATIBA NA SHERIA

 Waziri wa Nchi Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu (Sera, Bunge, Ajira na Watu wenye Ulemavu) Mhe. Jenista Mhagama (Mb) akitoa ufafanuzi wa utekelezaji wa shughuli za Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu wakati wa Mkutano wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Katiba na Sheria katika Ukumbi wa mikutano wa  Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu Machi 31, 2016.
 Makatibu Wakuu Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu (wa kwanza kulia) Erick Shitindi (Kazi na Ajira), Dkt. Hamis Mwinyimvua (Sera) na kushoto ni Mussa Uledi (Bunge) wakifuatilia hoja za wajumbe wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Katiba na Sheria (hawapo pichani) walipokutana na ofisi hiyo tarehe 31 Machi, 2016.
 Waziri wa Nchi Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu (Sera, Bunge, Ajira na Watu wenye Ulemavu) Mhe. Jenista Mhagama (Mb) akimsikiliza Makamu Mwenyekiti wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Katiba na Sheria, Mhe.Najma Giga (kushoto) wakati kamati hiyo ilipokutana na Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu katika Ukumbi wa Ofisi hiyo tarehe 31 Machi, 2016.
 Mratibu wa Programu ya Miundo mbinu ya Masoko, Uongezaji Thamani na Huduma za Kifedha Vijijini Bw. Walter Swai akiwasilisha utekelezaji wa programu hiyo inayoratibiwa na Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu katika mkutano wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Katiba na Sheria   katika Ukumbi wa mikutano wa  Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu Machi 31, 2016.
 Mkurugenzi wa Idara ya Maafa Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu Brig.jen. Mbazi Msuya akiwasilisha masuala ya menejimenti ya maafa  katika mkutano wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Katiba na Sheria katika Ukumbi wa mikutano wa  Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu Machi 31, 2016. 
Mjumbe wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Katiba na Sheria Mhe. Rashidi Shangazi (mb) akichangia hoja wakati Kamati hiyo ilipokutana na Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu katika Ukumbi wa mikutano wa Ofisi hiyo Machi 31, 2016.



Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu imewasilisha Utekelezaji wa Miradi mitatu inayoiratibu kwa Kamati ya Bunge na Sheria; Miradi hiyo ni Programu ya Miundo mbinu ya Masoko, Uongezaji Thamani na Huduma za Kifedha Vijijini Mradi wa Taarifa za Hali ya Hewa na Uboreshaji wa Mifumo wa Taadhali za Awali pamoja na Mradi wa Kuimarisha Uwezo wa Nchi katika kujiandaa na kukabiliana na maafa.
Akitoa ufafanuzi wa miradi hiyo Waziri wa Nchi Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu (Sera, Bunge, Ajira na Watu wenye Ulemavu) Mhe. Jenista Mhagama (Mb) kwa Kamati hiyo ya Bunge Machi 31, 2016 ilipokutana na Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu, alibainisha kuwa miradi hiyo inalenga kupunguza umasikini na kujenga uwezo wa Serikali katika Menejimenti ya Maafa
Mhagama alifafanua kuwa Programu ya Miundo mbinu ya Masoko, Uongezaji Thamani na Huduma za Kifedha Vijijini Mradi niya miaka saba ambayo utekelezaji wake ulianza mwaka 2011, lengo la programu hiyo ni kufanikisha adhima ya serikali ya kupunguza umasikini na kuongeza kasi ya ukuaji wa uchumi endelevu kwa kuziwezesha kaya za vijijini kujiongeza kipato na usalama wa chakula
"Programu itafanikisha malengo yake kwa kuboresha miundo mbinu ya masoko, kuongeza thamani mazao ya kilimo, kupanua wigo wa huduma za kifedha zipatikanazo vijijini na kuwajengea wananchi waishio vijijini uwezo wa kuyafikia masoko"alisema Mhagama
Kwa upande wa Mradi wa Taarifa za Hali ya Hewa na Uboreshaji wa Mifumo ya Taadhali za Awali alibainisha kuwa, mradi huo unalenga kuimarisha uwezo wa nchi katika kukusanya takwimu za hali ya hewa na mabadiliko ya tabia nchi yanayoweza kusababisha maafa.
"Pia mradi utasaidoia kuboresha mifumo ya utoaji wa taarifa za awali ili kuzuia au kuhimili athari za majanga yanayoweza kusababishwa na mabadiliko ya tabia nchi".Alisisitiza
Aliongeza kuwa Kuimarisha Uwezo wa Nchi katika kujiandaa na kukabiliana na maafa unalenga kuongeza uwezo wa Serikali na Taasisi zake katika Menejimenti ya Maafa na kuboresha ufanisi wa Mamlaka za Serikali za mitaa katika kujiandaa na kukabiliana na maafa.
Makamu Mwenyekiti wa Kamati hiyo mhe. Najma Giga (mb) alibainisha kuwa wameridhishwa na utekelezaji wa miradi hiyo, na kupendekeza kuwa miradi hiyo iongeza nguvu Vijijini katika utekelezaji wake ili iweze kuwafikia wananchi wengi zaidi.

"Mjitahidi kuitangaza miradi hii ili wananchi wengi waifahamu na waendelee kushiriki kikamilifu katika utekelezaji wake na hatimaye taifa letu litaweza kupunguza umasikini lakini pia kujenga uwezo wa menejimenti ya maafa" Alisema Giga.
