Pius Msekwa Asema CCM imepoteza Sifa Ya Kuwa Chama Cha Wanyonge



Wakati kesho CCM ikiadhimisha miaka 39 tangu kuzaliwa kwake, kada mkongwe na muasisi wa chama hicho, Pius Msekwa amechambua uwezo na udhaifu wake, akibainisha kuwa kimepoteza sifa ya asili ya kuwa chama cha wanyonge.

Msekwa amesema   kuwa matukio mbalimbali yanayokikumba chama hicho, ikiwamo migogoro baina ya viongozi wake, makundi na tuhuma za ufisadi, yameathiri taswira yake kwa jamii.

Msekwa  ambaye ni katibu mkuu wa kwanza wa Tanu na makamu mwenyekiti mstaafu (Bara), alibainisha kuwa CCM imepoteza sifa yake ya asili ya kuwa chama kinachojali wanyonge na kubebeshwa mzigo wa kuitwa “chama cha matajiri”.

“Migogoro miongoni mwa viongozi, hususan baina ya makundi yanayozozana au kuhasimiana ndani ya chama na tuhuma za ufisadi, imechangia kuifanya CCM ibebeshwe mzigo wa kuonekana kuwa ni chama kinachokumbatia mafisadi,” alisema.

Aliongeza kuwa CCM pia imeathiriwa na kujipenyeza kwa kasi kubwa kwa wafanyabiashara wasio waadilifu katika baadhi ya vikao vyake vya uamuzi.

Hata hivyo, Msekwa alisema ujio wa Rais John Magufuli umeleta matumaini mapya miongoni mwa wananchi juu ya taswira ya chama hicho.

“Nafarijika kwamba uongozi mpya wa Rais anayetokana na CCM, Dk John Magufuli umeleta matumaini hayo mapya miongoni mwa wananchi walio wengi,” alisema.

Alieleza kuwa CCM kupitia viongozi wake, haina budi kuonyesha kwamba inaweza kuleta mabadiliko yenye tija na yenye kuleta matumaini mapya miongoni mwa wananchi walio wengi.

Alisema ukongwe wa chama hicho kwa maana ya kuwa kimekuwapo na kimekuwa madarakani mfululizo tangu nchi ilipopata uhuru wake mwaka 1961, una faida na hasara zake.

“Faida ni kwamba kwa sababu ya uzoefu wake huo wa miaka mingi, kina (CCM) fursa kubwa ya kuendesha shughuli zake vizuri na kuendelea kupata ushindi katika chaguzi zijazo,”alisema.

Alibainisha pia kuwa kitendo cha CCM kuwapo madarakani muda mrefu kinaweza kusababisha hatari inayotokana na hulka ya binadamu.

Alifafanua kuwa wakati mwingine watu wanaweza kutaka mabadiliko tu ya uongozi wa nchi hata kama chama kilichopo madarakani kinafanya vizuri kiasi gani.

“Hatari iliyopo ni watu wanaweza kuchoka tu kuendelea kuwa chini ya uongozi wa chama kilekile na hatari hiyo inakuwa kubwa zaidi pale matendo ya viongozi wake yatakapokuwa mabaya kiasi cha kuwaudhi watu,”alisema. 

Msekwa alisema katika kipindi hicho cha uhai wa CCM, maadili ya viongozi yameporomoka kwa kiwango kikubwa.

Alitaja sababu za kuporomoka kwa maadili kuwa ni pamoja na kuingia katika mfumo wa vyama vingi vya siasa nchini na ushindani mkali wa kuwania kushika dola uliojikita katika mfumo huo.

Alisema hali hiyo pia inatokana na hatua ya kusitishwa kwa mafunzo ya viongozi, makada na watendaji wa chama hicho yaliyokuwa yakitolewa kwenye vyuo mbalimbali.

“Hatua hiyo ilichukuliwa kutokana na kusitishwa kwa ruzuku iliyokuwa inatolewa na Serikali kwa chama kwa ajili ya kuendesha mafunzo hayo, katika vyuo vya chama vya Kivukoni na vyuo vyake sita vya kanda vilivyokuwa mikoa mbalimbali,” alisema.

Alisema kutokuwapo kwa msaada wa mafunzo ya maadili na uadilifu kwa viongozi, pia kulichangia kuporomosha maadili ndani ya chama.

“Hapo ilibidi kila kiongozi alazimike kutumia akili zake tu katika shughuli zake za uongozi. Kama wasemavyo Waswahili; akili ni nywele, kila mtu ana zake,” alisema.

Alieleza pia kuwa ushindani katika mfumo wa vyama vingi vya siasa nchini, umesababisha kukithiri rushwa katika uchaguzi.

Alisema hili hujitokeza wakati wa kura za maoni ndani ya CCM ambako baadhi ya makada wake wameanza tabia ya kuwashawishi wapigakura kwa rushwa ili wachaguliwe katika nafasi wanazozitafuta.

Alisema yapo mambo muhimu ya kuzingatia, wakati wa kutafakari chama hicho kilikotoka na kwamba katika kipindi chote hicho kimekuwa kikipata ushindi unaopanda na kushuka katika chaguzi zote zilizofanyika chini ya mfumo wa vyama vingi vya siasa.
