Ndege yenye shimo: Maswali 5 bila majibu

 Ndege moja ya abiria ililazimika kutua kwa dharura katika uwanja wa ndege wa Mogadishu ikiwa na shimo ubavuni mwake
Ndege moja ya abiria ililazimika kutua kwa dharura baada ya bomu kulipuka ilipokuwa angani muda mchache tu kutoka uwanja wa ndege wa Mogadishu.
Rubani wa ndege hiyo alilazimika kurejea ardhini baada shimo kubwa kutokea karibu na hifadhi ya mafuta katika sehemu ya kulia ya ubavu wa ndege hiyo ya Daallo Airlines.
Licha ya serikali ya Somalia kukiri kuwa bomu lililotegwa ndani ya ndege hiyo ndiyo iliyosababisha shimo hilo maswali mengi yamebakia bila majibu.
Nani aliweka bomu hiyo ndani ya ndege?
Afisa mmoja wa serikali ya Somali alisema kuwa mshukiwa huyo Abdulahi Abdisalam Borle, raia wa Somalia alikuwa na umri wa 55 .
Ndege hiyo ya shirika la ndege la Daallo, ilikuwa ikielekea Djibouti, na ilikuwa imebeba abiria 60.
Awalio duru zilisema kuwa abiria hao walikuwa wamenunua tiketi ya shirika la ndege la uturuki ila walilazimika kuabiri ndege hiyo ya daalo baada ya ile ya Uturuki kukosa kufika kwa wakati siku hiyo.
Kuna dukuduku kuwa abiria huyo alikuwa amebebwa kwenye kiti chenye magurudumu ila kauli hiyo imepingwa na mkurugenzi wa Daallo Airlines bwana Mohamed Yaseen.

Bwana Abdisalam Aato anasema kuwa kifaa hicho kinachofanana na kipakatilishi ndicho kinachoshukiwa kuwa ni kilipuzi kilichosababisha ndege ya Daallo kurejea ardhini mara moja muda mchache baada ya kupaa ikiwa na abiria.
Takriban watu 20 wamekamatwa wakiwemo wale wawili walionaswa kwenye video hiyo .
Mtaalamu wa maswala ya usalama wa ndege bwana David Learmont, anashuku iwapo hilo linaweza kubainika kupitia kwa video hiyo moja iliyotolewa na serikali ya Somalia.
Hata hivyo anakiri kuwa wafanyikazi katika viwanja vya ndege kote duniani ndio watepetevu na ndio wanaoruhusu mashambulizi kuendelea kutokea katika ndege za abiria.

''Bahati ilikuwa yakwamba bomu hilo lililipuka dakika 15 tu baada ya ndege hiyo kupaa na wakati huo ndege ikiwa takriban futi elfu 11,000'' alielezea mtaalamu huyo wa mabomu.

Je kwanini bomu hilo lililipuka wakati huo ?
Ni vigumu kubaini bila ya kuwahoji waliopanga njama hiyo.

Kwanini hakuna kundi lililodai kutekeleza shambulizi hilo ?
Mwandishi wa idhaa ya kisomali ya BBC Abdirahman Koronto kuna kundi la wapiganaji waliodai kutekeleza shambulizi hilo.
Kwa kawaida kundi la wapiganaji wa al-Shabab, hutuma taarifa wakidai kutekeleza mashambulizi muda mchache tu baada ya tukio lenyewe.
Kundi hilo lilmewahi kutumia bomu iliyofichwa ndani ya Laptop yapata miaka mitatu iliyopita.
Hata hivyo katika tukio hilo la mwaka wa 2013 walichanganya bomu iliyotegwa ndani ya kipakatilishi na ile iliyotegwa ndani ya gari.
Wakati huo walifanikiwa kuua watu 6 katika shambulizi hilo.
Sio mara ya kwanza shambulizi limetekelezwa na likaenda bila kundi lolote kudai kupanga.
Kwa mfano kunashambulizi lililotekelezwa dhidi ya kundi la madaktari kutoka Syria lililosababisha 3 kati yao na mwenyeji wa kuuawa hakuna aliyedai kutekeleza shambulizi hilo.
Hata kundi la wanamgambo wa al-Shabab walipinga kutekeleza mauaji hayo.
