Zaidi ya wakulima  700 wa zao la zabibu mkoani Dodoma wananufaika na  mpango wa kilimo shirikishi unaoendeshwa na kampuni ya TDL iliyopo chini ya kampuni ya TBL Group ambao umeanza kuonesha mafanikio kwa kuwawezesha wakulima kuongeza uzalishaji  katika mashamba yao ya zabibu.
Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa TBL Group,Roberto Jarrin amebainisha hayo wakati akitoa ripoti ya mwelekeo wa biashara ya kampuni W kwa kipindi cha mwaka ujao ambapo alisema kuwa mpango shirikishi na wakulima wa zabibu umeanza kutekelezwa katika vijiji vya Bihawana, Mpunguzi, Mvumi, Hombolo, Mbabala, Veyula, Makang’wa, Mzakwe na Mbalawala
Alisema kuwa Chini ya mpango huo wakulima wanawezeshwa kupatiwa utaalamu wa kilimo kwa kushirikiana na taasisi ya Makutupora Viticulture Training and Research Center (MVTRC) ambapo mafanikio ya mpango huu yameanza kuleta mafanikio kwa wakulima kupatiwa elimu ya kilimo cha kisasa cha zao la zabibu na kuanza kufanya utekelezaji kwa kutumia ushauri wa wataalamu wa kilimo.
Katika kuwapatia wakulima motisha wakulima ili wajiunge na  waweze kuboresha maisha yao kupitia kilimo cha zao la zabibu chini ya mpango huu watoto wa wakulima wa  zabibu wamekuwa wakisaidiwa kielimu kupitia  mfuko unaojulikana kama Zabibu na Shule Kwanza
Jarrin alisema kuwa mpango huu shirikishi tayari umeonyesha mafanikio makubwa  kwa wakulima wa zao la Shahiri katika mikoa ya kanda ya Kaskazini ambao wengi maisha yao yamebadilika kuwa bora na kuwepo ongezeko kubwa la ajira kutokana na kilimo cha zao hilo ambalo ni malighafi ya kutengeneza kinywaji cha bia.
“Kwa upande wa zao la Shahiri wakulima zaidi ya 3000 wanaendelea kunufaika.Katika kipindi cha mwaka 2015 mpango huu umewezesha ongezeko la uzalishaji wa zao hilo kufikia tani 15,574 kiasi ambacho kimevuka lengo la matumizi na mahitaji ya kampuni”.Alisema.
aliongeza kuwa  kampuni inao mkakati wa kuendelea kufanya kazi na wakulima  na kubadilisha maisha yao kupitia mpango wa kampuni mama ya SABMiller ujulikanao  kama Go Farming ambao tayari umeanza kutekelezwa katika nchi mbalimbali ambazo imewekeza.
Alisema lengo kubwa la mpango huu ni kuinua maisha ya wakulima wadogowadogo,kuongeza kasi ya kukua uchumi na kujenga mfumo mzuri na endelevu wa  kupata malighafi kwa ajili ya viwanda kampuni ya TBL Group kwa hapa nchini na SABMiller vilivyopo kwenye nchi mbalimbali barani Afrika
“Mpango wa Go Farming haulengi kunufaisha wakulima wa Shahiri pekee bali pia wa mazao mengine kama mtama na mihogo na katika siku za usoni wakulima wa zao la mahindi watawezeshwa pia na inategemewa hadi kufikia mwaka 2020 zaidi ya wakulima nusu milioni watakuwa wamewezeshwa sehemu mbalimbali duniani ambako kampuni imewekeza na mamilioni ya wananchi watajipatia riziki kutokana na kufanya kazi za utekelezaji wake”.
Aliongeza kuwa matarajio ya mafanikio ya mpango huu katika kipindi cha mwaka 2015 hadi 2020 yanaonyesha kukua kwa asilimia 44 katika nchi 10 ambako umeanza kutekelezwa na inakadiriwa kuwepo ongezeko la uzalishaji wa mazao kutoka tani 300,000 kufikia zaidi ya tani 600,000.
