Serikali Yaitaka Kampuni Ya Halotel Kuzingatia Mkataba

Serikali imesema itachukua hatua kali kwa kampuni ya Halotel kama itashindwa kutekeleza makubaliano ya mkataba wa kusambaza huduma za simu na mtandao katika ofisi za Serikali katika kila Wilaya nchini kote.

Kauli hiyo imetolewa na Waziri wa Ujenzi,Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Prof. Makame Mbarawa wilayani Maswa wakati akizungumza na watendaji wa sekta ya Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mkoani Simiyu na kusisitiza kutoa ushirikiano unaostahili kwa kampuni hiyo.
 
“Makubaliano yetu kati ya Serikali na Halotel ni kuunganisha ofisi za Umma kwa mtandao zikiwemo shule tatu katika kila Wilaya, Hospitali, Mahakama na Ofisi za Polisi ili kuwezesha mkakati wa mawasiliano vijijini kutekelezeka”, amesema Prof. Mbarawa.
 
Waziri Prof. Mbarawa ameeleza kuwa ifikapo mwaka 2017 kila eneo hapa nchini litakuwa na huduma ya mawasiliano ya mtandao na kuwezesha wananchi wote kunufaika na huduma hizo.
 
Katika hatua nyingine Prof. Mbarawa amekagua Ujenzi wa Barabara ya Lamadi-Bariadi KM 71.8 na Bariadi-Maswa KM 49.7 na kuwapongeza makandarasi wanaojenga barabara hizo kwa kazi nzuri wanayofanya.
 
“Nawapongeza kwa kazi nzuri mnayoifanya, hakikisheni kazi yenu inauwiana na thamani ya fedha na kuhakikisheni wafanyakazi wazawa wanapewa kipaumbele katika kazi wanazoziweza na kupewa mikataba stahiki ya kazi wanazozifanya”, amesititiza Prof. Mbarawa.
 
Aidha, Waziri Prof. Mbarawa amemuagiza mkandarasi anaejenga barabara ya Maswa-Mwigumbi KM 50.3 kuhakikisha nyumba zinazojengwa kwa ajili ya mkandarasi zinajengwa kwa ubora ili zitumike kwa muda mrefu.
 
“Nakuagiza Meneja wa TANROADS, hakikisha nyumba hizi baada ya mradi wa barabara kukamilika unazikabidhi kwa jeshi la polisi ili waweze kuzitumia kwa ajili ya makazi na ofisi”, amesema Prof. Mbarawa.
 
Kwa upande wake Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Simiyu Bw. Eraston Mbwilo amemwomba Waziri Prof. Mbarawa kuelekeza nguvu za ujenzi wa ofisi na nyumba za watumishi katika mkoa huo.
 
Katika hatua nyingine, Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Maswa Bi. Rosemary Kirigini amemuomba Waziri Prof. Mbarawa kuwawezesha Wakala wa Majengo nchini (TBA) kukamilisha mradi wa Ujenzi wa Ofisi ya Mkuu wa Wilaya hiyo unaojengwa sasa kwa miaka mitano ili kuipunguzia Wilaya hiyo adha ya kutumia jengo chakavu ambalo si salama hasa kipindi cha mvua.
 
Waziri Prof. Mbarawa pia amekagua Kiwanja wa Ndege kilichopo Mkoa wa Shinyanga na ofisi za Mamlaka ya Hali ya Hewa (TMA) kiwanjani hapo na kusisitiza kuwa Serikali iko katika hatua za kuboresha uwanja huo kuwa wa kisasa ili kuvutia mashirika mengi ya ndege kutumiwa kiwanja hicho.
 
Waziri Prof. Mbarawa yupo kwenye ziara ya kukagua miradi ya ujenzi kwenye sekta za barabara, nyumba, viwanja vya ndege na mkongo wa taifa wa mawasiliano katika mikoa ya kanda ya ziwa ambapo ametembelea Wilaya za Busega, Bariadi na Maswa mkoani Simiyu.
Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Prof. Makame Mbarawa (aliyevaa koti la bluu), akisikiliza maelezo ya mkandarasi kuhusu ujenzi wa mtambo (hauonekani pichani) wa kusaga kokoto kwa ajili ya ujenzi wa barabara ya Maswa-Mwigumbi Km 50.3.
