NAIBU WAZIRI WA UJENZI, UCHUKUZI NA MAWASILIANO AZITAKA TEMESA, TBA NA NCC KUFANYA KAZI KWA UADILIFU.


 Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mhe. Edwin Ngonyani akizungumza na menejimenti ya Wakala wa Majengo Tanzania (TBA) alipowatembelea katika ofisi zao leo jijini Dar es Salaam, wakati wa   ziara ya kuzitambua taasisi zilizopo chini ya wizara yake.
 Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mhe. Edwin Ngonyani akiongea  wakati wa kikao na wafanyakazi wa   Wakala wa Majengo Tanzania (TBA) alipowatembelea katika ofisi zao leo jijini Dar es Salaam, wakati wa  ziara ya kuzitambua tasisi zilizopo chini ya wizara yake  kushoto ni Mtendaji Mkuu  wa Wakala wa TBA Arch.Elius Mwakalinga.
 Wafanyakazi wa   Wakala wa Majengo Tanzania (TBA) wakimsikiliza Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mhe. Edwin Ngonyani (hayupo katika picha) leo jijini Dar es Salaam, katika  ziara ya kuzitambua tasisi zilizopo chini ya wizara yake.
 Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mhe. Edwin Ngonyani akimsikiliza Kaimu Mtendaji Mkuu wa Wakala wa Ufundi na Umeme (TEMESA) Mhandisi. Manase Ole Kujan katika ziara yake ya kuzitambua tasisi zilizo chini ya wizara yake kwa kuangalia majukumu yanayotekelezwa na Taasisi hizo.
 Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mhe. Edwin Ngonyani (Kushoto) akifafanua jambo kwa Kaimu Mtendaji Mkuu wa Baraza la Taifa la Ujenzi (NCC) Mhandisi.Julius Mamilo(kulia) wakati ziara yake ya kuzitambua tasisi zilizo chini ya wizara yake kwa kuangalia majukumu yanayotekelezwa na Taasisi hizo leo jinini Dar es Salaam.
Wafanyakazi wa Baraza la Taifa la Ujenzi (NCC) wakimsikiliza Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Mhe. Edwin Ngonyani(Hayupo katika picha) Mamilo  katika ziara yake ya kuzitambua tasisi zilizo chini ya wizara yake kwa kuangalia majukumu yanayotekelezwa na Taasisi hizo leo jinini Dar es Salaam.
IMETOLEWA NA KITENGO CHA HABARI NA MAWASILIANO SERIKALINI, WIZARA YA UJENZI, UCHUKUZI NA MAWASILIANO (UJENZI).

NAIBU Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano, Eng. Edwin Ngonyani, amezitaka taasisi zilizo chini ya Wizara yake kufanya kazi kwa uadilifu, bidii na kwa uharaka ili kuendana na kasi ya madiliko ya Serikali ya awamu ya Tano.

Ameyasema hayo wakati alipofanya ziara katika taasisi zilizo chini ya Wizara yake ikiwemo Wakala wa Majengo Tanzania (TBA), Wakala wa Ufundi na Umeme (TEMESA) na Baraza la Taifa la Ujenzi (NCC)  kwa lengo la kupata mafunzo ya kiutendaji katika taasisi hizo.

Aidha amezitaka taasisi hizo kuongeza ukusanyaji wa mapato katika vyanzo vya mapato walivyonavyo na kamwe kutotegemea ruzuku kutoka Serikalini.
“Nataka ifikapo mwaka wa fedha ujao makusanyo ya mapato yawe yameongezeka zaidi kuliko matumizi na kamwe msikae kusubiri ruzuku kutoka Serikalini, kikubwa ni kubuni vyanzo vyengine vya mapato ili kuweza kujiendesha”, alisema Naibu Waziri.

Hata  hivyo Naibu Waziri huyo amewataka watendaji hao kufanya kazi kwa weledi na bila woga kwani Serikali haitamuonea huruma yeyote anayekiuka kutekeleza wajibu wake.

“Nawaomba mfanye kazi kwa morali kubwa ili kuweza kuisaidia jamii ambayo inahitaji huduma muhimu kutoka Serikalini”, alifafanua Eng. Ngonyani.

Katika hatua nyingine Eng. Ngonyani amemtaka Kaimu Mtendaji Mkuu wa TEMESA Eng. Manase Ole kujan kutatua changamoto walizonazo ili kuleta mabadiliko chanya katika taasisi hiyo.

“Una nafasi kubwa ya kuleta mabadiliko hasa katika mfumo mzima wa ukatikatishaji tiketi eneo la Magogoni ambalo limekuwa kero katika mfumo mzima wa ukusanyaji wa mapato”, alisisitiza Naibu Waziri Ngonyani.

Sambamba na hilo Naibu Waziri amemtaka Mtendaji Mkuu wa Wakala wa Majengo Tanzania  Arch. Elius Mwakalinga, kuandaa taarifa ambayo itaonyesha idadi ya nyumba za Serikali wanazomiliki na ibainishe taarifa ya watumishi wenye stahili ya kupangishwa kwenye nyumba hizo.

Kwa upande wake Kaimu Mtendaji Mkuu wa TEMESA Eng. Manase Ole Kujan amesema wakala huo umepanga kuboresha miundombinu hasa katika usafiri wa majini na kuhakikisha inapunguza  changamoto ya usafiri katika vivuko.

Naye Kaimu Afisa Mtendaji Mkuu wa Baraza la Taifa la Ujenzi, Eng. Julius Mamilo amebainisha changamoto walizonazo ikiwemo uhaba wa fedha hali inayosababisha Baraza hilo kukwama katika kufanya kazi katika miradi yake ya maendeleo hususan katika kufanya kazi za utafiti.
