WAZIRI MBARAWA AZITAKA TAASISI ZA WIZARA YAKE KUSHIRIKIANA

Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Prof. Makame Mbarawa amezitaka taasisi zote zilizo chini ya wizara hiyo kufanya kazi kwa uwazi, weledi na uaminifu ili kuongeza mapato na kutimiza adhma ya Serikali ya kufikia uchumi wa kati ifikapo 2025.

Prof. Mbarawa ametoa wito huo mkoani Kilimanjaro katika majumuhisho ya ziara yake ya mikoa ya Manyara, Arusha na Kilimanjaro iliyolenga kukagua miradi ya ujenzi wa barabara, viwanja vya ndege, Posta, TTCL, TBA na TEMESA.

“Kila mfanyakazi wa wizara hii namtaka afanye kazi kwa kufikiria uzalishaji wa mapato na ubora wa huduma ili kufikia malengo ya Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano”, amesema Prof. Mbarawa

Waziri Mbarawa amewataka mameneja na wakuu wa taasisi zilizo chini ya Wizara ya Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano kupima utendaji kazi wa kila mfanyakazi na kusisitiza zile taasisi zinazozalisha upimwaji utazingatia ukusanyaji wa mapato.

Amesema Serikali iko katika mkakati wa kufufua Reli ili mizigo mikubwa inayotoka bandarini isafirishwe kupitia njia ya reli na hivyo kupunguza uharibifu wa barabara.

“Takribani tani milioni 6 zinazopakuliwa bandarini, tani milioni 5.7 zinasafirishwa katika barabara hali inayosababisha uharibifu wa mara kwa mara kutokana na baadhi ya wasafirishaji kuzidisha uzito hivyo nawataka TANROADS kusimamia vituo vya mizani kikamilifu ili kulinda barabara”, amefafanua Waziri Prof. Mbarawa.

Kwa upande wake Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Kilimanjaro, Bw. Amos Makala amemweleza Waziri Mbarawa kuwa Serikali ya mkoa itahakikisha maelekezo yake katika sekta ya miundombinu yanapewa kipaumbele ili kufikia malengo yaliyokusudiwa kwa wakati.

Katika hatua nyingine Prof. Mbarawa amekagua ujenzi wa barabara ya KMT-Machame yenye urefu wa Km 14.9 kujionea hali ya barabara hiyo na kusisitiza kuwa Serikali itatoa kipaumbele kwa barabara hiyo kutokana na umuhimu wake katika utalii na hivyo kukuza uchumi.

Prof. Mbarawa amehitimisha ziara ya siku tano kwa kukagua miradi na taasisi zilizo chini ya wizara ya Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano katka mikoa ya Manyara, Arusha na Kilimanjaro na kuzitaka taasisi hizo kufanya kazi kwa ushirikiano.
Meneja wa Wakala wa Barabara mkoa wa Kilimanjaro Eng. Marwa Rubirya akitoa taarifa ya utekelezaji wa TANROADS kwa Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Prof. Makame Mbarawa wakati alipotembelea taasisi hiyo mkoani Kilimanjaro. Kushoto ni Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Kilimanjaro, Bw. Amos Makala akifatilia.

Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Prof. Makame Mbarawa (wa tatu kulia mstari wa mbele) akiwa katika picha ya pamoja na watendaji wa Taasisi zilizo chini ya Wizara ya Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano.
Waziri wa Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano Prof. Makame Mbarawa akifurahia jambo na baadhi ya watalii waliokuwa wakijiandaa kupanda Mlima wa Kilimanjaro katika geti la Machame mkoani Kilimanjaro.

Muonekano wa lango la Machame la kupanda Mlima Kilimanjaro inapoishia barabara ya KMT-Machame Km 14.9. Barabara hiyo ni muhimu kwa watalii wanaopanda mlima Kilimanjaro.
