Rais Magufuli Afanya Mazungumzo Na Mwenyekiti Wa Tume Ya Taifa Ya Uchaguzi ....Wameongelea Uhuru wa Tume na Swala la Zanzibar

Mwenyekiti wa tume ya uchaguzi hapa nchini Mheshimiwa Jaji Damian Lubuva amemhakikishia Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dkt. John Pombe Magufuli kuwa tume hiyo ipo huru na haijawahi kuingiliwa kimaamuzi na Rais wala kiongozi yoyote.

Jaji Lubuva amesema hayo leo Ikulu Jijini Dar es Salaam mara baada ya kukutana na kufanya mazungumzo na Rais Magufuli ambapo alikuwa akimpa taarifa juu ya yaliyojiri katika kikao cha Jumuiya ya Afrika Mashariki kilichofanyika Mjini Kampala, Uganda na kujadili kuhusu uchaguzi Mkuu wa Uganda unaotarajiwa kufanyika tarehe 18 mwezi huu.

Amesema katika kikao hicho ambacho yeye alikuwa mwenyekiti, wamezungumzia umuhimu wa tume ya uchaguzi kuwa huru huku wakichukulia mfano wa Tanzania ambayo imetoka katika uchaguzi mkuu miezi michache iliyopita.

Jaji Lubuva amefafanua kuwa tume ya uchaguzi inapaswa kuwa huru katika maamuzi yake na kwamba jambo hili limekuwa likifanyika wakati wote hapa nchini.

Amebainisha kuwa wanaosema Rais anapaswa kuingilia kati masuala ya uchaguzi iwe Tanzania bara ama Zanzibar wanafanya makosa, kwani kwa namna yoyote Rais hana mamlaka hayo na hivyo hawezi kuingilia maamuzi ya tume hizo

“Unaposikia kwamba Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano aingilie hilo suala la uchaguzi wa Zanzibar, yeye kwa kweli hana mamlaka kabisa. Pili ni kama kujikanganya, huku unasema tuwe na tume huru isiyoingiliwa halafu huku unasema aingilie kati maamuzi ya tume” alisema Jaji Lubuva

Jaji Lubuva amesisitiza kuwa Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania kikatiba hana mamlaka ya kuingilia maamuzi ya tume ya uchaguzi ya Zanzibar na hata huku bara pia hana mamlaka ya kuingilia maamuzi ya tume.

Mwenyekiti huyo wa tume ya uchaguzi amewasihi Watanzania kuwa uchaguzi umekwisha, na kuwaomba waungane na viongozi waliochaguliwa kuchapa kazi ili kujiletea maendeleo.
