Bungeni: Serikali Kuajiri Vijana 71,408 Mwaka Huu.......Halmashauri Zaagizwa Kutenga Asilimia 5 Ya Mapato Kwa Ajili Ya Kuwasaidia Vijana



Serikali katika mwaka wa fedha 2016/2017 imepanga kuongeza ajira kwa vijana ili kukabiliana na changamoto ya ukosefu wa ajira kwa vijana wengi wa kitanzania kwa kuongeza ajira na kuwezesha wengine kujiajiri kupitia mifuko ya uwezeshaji toka Halmashauri za Wilaya nchini.

Akijibu swali la Mhe.Mgumba Tebweta Omary Mbunge wa Morogoro Kusini (CCM) lenye sehemu a na b lililouliza Serikali itaanza lini kuwawezesha vijana wa Jimbo la Morogoro Kusini Mashariki  kifedha ili waweze kujiajiri na kuondokana na tatizo la ajira na umaskini ,Naibu Waziri Ofisi ya Rais Tawala za Mikoa na Serikali za Mitaa (TAMISEMI) Mhe  Suleiman Jafo amesema vijana katika Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Morogoro Kusini Mashariki wamekuwa wakiwezeshwa kiuchumi kupitia fedha za Mfuko wa Maendeleo ya Vijana ambapo kila Halmashauri hupaswa kutenga asilimia 5 ya mapato yake ya ndani kila mwaka kwa ajili ya vijana.

Mhe  Suleiman Jafo ameongeza kuwa katika Bajeti ya mwaka 2014/2015,Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Morogoro ilifanikiwa kutoa Shillingi Millioni 10.3 kwa vikundi vya vijana 19 kwa ajili ya kutekeleza shughuli mbalimbali za kiuchumi na katika Bajeti ya mwaka wa fedha 2015/2016 vikundi vya vijana vilitengewa Shilllingi Millioni 87.5 ili kuviwezesha kiuchumi kwa kujiajiri.

“Katika kutatua changamoto zilizopo kwa vijana tunawawezesha  kifedha ili kujiajiri ili kumekuwa na tatizo la fedha kuchelewa kufika kwa walengwa ila Serikali kupitia Wizara yangu tunalifanyia kazi ili fedha zifike kwa wakati na tumetenga Shillingi Millioni 50 kwa kila kijiji kwa ajili ya kuwezesha vijana walioko katika vikundi mbalimbali mfano SACCOS ili waweze kujiajiri na kujikwamua kiuchumi kwa kujiondoa katika hali ya umaskini”

“Napenda kuwaomba wabunge tusaidiane sababu wao  wanahusika katika kamati za fedha za Halmashauri za Wilaya, waende wakasimamie hizo fedha kwa ajili ya kuwezesha vijana  zitoke na ziwasaidie walengwa” Alisema Mhe Jafo.

Aidha Mhe  Suleiman Jafo amesema kuwa Serikali imetenga Shillingi Billioni 233 kwa ajiri ya kuajiri vijana wapya takribani 71,408 kati ya hao watumishi wapya wa Afya wanatarajiwa kuwa takribani 10,871 na Waalimu 40,000 kwa nchi nzima ili kupunguza tatizo la ajira kwa vijana wanaomaliza vyuo mbalimbali nchini.

Serikali kupitia Halmashauri za Wilaya imejipanga katika kuwawezesha vijana katika maeneo yao kujikwamua kiuchumi kwa kujiajiri na kwa mwaka wa fedha 2016/2017 Serikali itaboresha zaidi mifuko ya kuwezesha vijana katika Halmashauri za Wilaya kwa kununua vifaa zaidi vya kujifunza stadi mbalimbali za kazi zitakazowezesha vijana wengi zaidi kuwa na ujuzi utakaowasaidia kujipatia kipato na kujikwamua kiuchumi.
