Bodi ya Mikopo Ya Wanafunzi Yatoa Utaratibu wa Kuwasilisha Malalamiko.



Bodi ya Mikopo ya Wanafunzi wa Elimu ya Juu (HESLB) imetoa  utaratibu wa kushughulikia  malalamiko ya wanafunzi wanaopata mikopo katika taasisi za elimu ya juu nchini.

Hayo yamesemwa leo Jijini Dar es salaam na Meneja wa Habari, Elimu na Mawasiliano Omega Ngole alipokuwa akiongea na waandishi wa habari kuhusu utaratibu wa kushughulikia malalamiko ya wanafunzi wa elimu ya juu nchini.

“Utaratibu huu ulioboreshwa, ni msisitizo na maelekezo ya Serikali ya mwezi Agosti 2011 kupitia iliyokuwa Wizara ya Elimu na Mafunzo ya Ufundi ambayo ilielekeza Taasisi zote za Elimu ya Juu nchini zinazopata mikopo kutoka Bodi ya Mikopo kuanzisha Madawati ya Mikopo ili kuongeza ufanisi katika utoaji mikopo”,Alisema Ngole.

Ameongeza kuwa, dawati hilo linatakiwa kusimamiwa na mtumishi teule wa chuo husika mwenye sifa na uhusiano mzuri na jamii na linapaswa kuwa chini ya Makamu Mkuu wa chuo husika anayeshughulikia taaluma.

Meneja Ngole amesisitiza kuwa kwa sasa vyuo vyote vina Maofisa Mikopo ambao wanawajibika kutafuta suluhisho la suala linalowasilishwa na kulitolea majibu.

Akifafanua hatua zinazotakiwa kufuatwa na Maofisa hao katika kutafuta suluhisho la malalamiko ya wanafunzi amesema kuwa, baada ya malalamiko kufika kwa Ofisa Mikopo yanatakiwa yapate suluhisho ndani ya siku mbili tangu kuwasilishwa kwake,ikiwa hatakua na ufumbuzi atatakiwa kuwasiliana na uongozi  wa juu wa chuo husika.

Endapo uongozi  wa juu wa chuo hautokuwa na ufumbuzi, malalamiko hayo yatatakiwa kupelekwa kwenye Ofisi za Kanda ambazo zinapatikana katika Mikoa ya Mwanza, Dodoma, Arusha na Zanzibar au ofisi za makao ya makuu ya Bodi  zilizoko jijini Dar es Salaam.

Bodi ya Mikopo ilianzishwa kwa sheria ya Bunge namba 9 ya mwaka 2004 na kuanza rasmi mwezi Julai 2005 kwa majukumu ya kutoa mikopo kwa wanafunzi wahitaji waliodahiliwa katika Taasisi za Elimu ya Juu pamoja kukusanya marejesho ya mikopo yote iliyotolewa tangu mwaka 1994.
