WAJUE VIONGOZI WA NGAZI ZA JUU DUNIANI WALIOWAHI KUBUBUJIKWA NA MACHOZI HADHARANI

Rais wa Marekani aligonga vichwa vya habari alipotokwa na machozi alipokuwa akiwahimiza Wamarekani wakubali mabadiliko kwenye masharti ya uuzaji wa silaha Marekani Jumanne.
Alizidiwa na hisia alipokuwa akisimulia kuhusu shambulio la ufyatuaji risasi katika shule ya msingi ya Sandy Hook mwaka 2012 ambapo watoto 20 na watu wazima sita.
Hii haikuwa mara yake ya kwanza kutokwa na machozi akizungumzia kisa hicho.
Lakini kiongozi huyu hayuko peke katika kutokwa na machozi hadharani.

Machozi ya Olimpiki
Rais wa zamani wa Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva anajulikana pia kwa kutokwa na machozi hadharani.
Alibubujikwa na machozi mwaka 2009 baada ya mji wa Rio de Janeiro kutangazwa kwamba ungekuwa mwenyeji wa Michezo ya Olimpiki ya mwaka 2016.
Machozi yake hayakuathiri umaarufu wake na ni mmoja wa marais waliopendwa sana katika historia ya aifa hilo.


Wasiwasi wa Karzai
Rais wa zamani wa Hamid Karzai aligonga vichwa vya habari duniani alipolia kuhusu hali ya Afghannistan wakati wa kutoa hotuba katika shule ya upili ya Kabul Septemba mwaka 2010.
Alitokwa na machozi alipokuwa akizungumzia mapigano nchini mwake, akisema alikuwa na wasiwasi kwamba hilo lingemfanya mwanawe kutorokea ng’ambo.

Video ya mwanasiasa wa Japan aliyelia baada ya kuulizwa maswali na wanahabari kuhusu matumizi yake ya pesa ilivuma sana mtandaoni Julai 2014.
Ryutaro Nonomura alitokwa na machozi alipotakiwa kujibu madai kwamba alikuwa ametumia pesa za umma kwa safari za kibinafsi.
Alisisitiza kwamba zilikuwa ziara za kikazi.

Machozi ya ushindi
Rais wa Urusi Vladimir Putin alionekana kutokwa na machozi alipokuwa akiwahutubia wafuasi wake Manezhnaya Square, Moscow, baada ya kupata habari kwamba alikuwa ameshinda uchaguzi wa urais Machi 2012.
Machozi yake yalikuwa kinyume kabisa na sifa zake kama mtu mwenye roho ngumu na asiyetekwa na hisia. Baadaye, msemaji wa Putin alisema Putin alikuwa amezidiwa na upepo na baridi na wala si hisia zilizomteka.



Machozi ya kampeni
Wakati wa kampeni za uchaguzi wa urais 2008 Hillary Clinton alitokwa na machozi akiwa New Hampshire, alipoulizwa na mwananchi, “Utafanyaje hayo?”
Suti yake ilibadilika na machozi kumtoka alipokuwa akimjibu.
Alifafanua baadaye: "Ningekuwa na wasiwasi sana kujihusu iwapo singekuwa na hisia kwamba hilo lilikuwa muhimu na la maana.”
Waziri huyo wa zaman wa mambo ya nje wa Marekani alitaka urais 2008 lakini akashindwa na Rais Barack Obama mbio za kumsaka mgombea wa chama cha Democratic.


Kuondoka madarakani
Tarehe 28 Novemba 1990, Waziri Mkuu wa Uingereza wakati huo Margaret Thatcher alitokwa na machozi alipokuwa akitoa hotuba ya kuaga akiwa amesimama kwenye vidato vya jumba la Downing Street.
Kiongozi huyo wa kwanza mwanamke Uingereza, aliyejulikana kama Iron Lady, aling’atuka baada ya baraza lake la mawaziri kukataa kumuunga mkono uchaguzini.

Alionekana akitokwa na machozi, akipungia watu mikono kutoka kiti cha nyuma cha gari alipokuwa akiondoka afisini mara ya mwisho.
